About Me:
I am Noel [LAST NAME DELETED] a Financial Specialist at a Major Financial Institution in Georgia.  I have a career in Banking and Finance and have earned a Bachelors Degree in Finance and two Master Degrees one in Accounting and the second in Financial Management.  I am in the process of studying for my CPA exam and hope to pass all four parts by the end of April 2007!  I have just recently joined the prosper community.

Why I am requesting this loan:

I have an ill mother of whom I am financially responsible, I need to pay a medical bill so that she can get continued care.  If the bill isn't paid then the home care will stop until I can gather enough funds to pay it.  I found Prosper through an engine search and decided to give this a try.  I have had some credit problems in the past due to a job layoff three years ago and of course that takes time to rebuild.  However, since that time I have paid all of my debts on time. 

Why should you invest in me:

I have a great debt to income ratio.  I sold my home three months ago to help my get medical care for my mother, so the largest debt on my credit bureau has been removed.  Currently I have the following monthly obligations:  $364 student loan payment, $275 car payment and credit card payments per month add up to about $300 per month and car insurance at $90 per month .  I don't have any utilities or mortgages to pay so my debt to income at the moment is about 13%.  I have a base salary of $45,500 and work also on a monthly bonus schedule, my W-2s for the past two years have averaged out to be at a $59,000 Adjusted Gross Income.  Below I have posted my most recent pay check stub for your review.  I do have the ability to repay this loan well before the three year maturity date!  I do not have any liens, judgements, or bankruptcies.  I have some inquries on my bureau that show where I've attempted to get this loan through major banks but of course my score is all that they look at.  If you have questions regarding my loan request please don't hesitate to ask, thank you for reviewing my request.
