Hello, Thanks for looking at my listing. I recently started my first 'real job' at a real estate company a little over a year ago. Im a property evaluator which is basically an appraiser without the license. I am very close to becoming licensed and only have a few more months to go. I will be receiving a substantial salary increase at that time, but Im not going to include that into my monthly financial breakdown below to show that the loan will still easily be paid off. I currently make just under $2000.00 a month after taxes. Im waiting to move out with a friend who graduates in May, so I currently live with my parents who charge me no rent. My only expenses are credit cards used for gas and food which are paid in full each month, and a cell phon bill. My truck is a big part of my job as I need it to get to and from each property. I would like to make some preventative maintenance repairs, as well as pay back a few family members who gave me personal loans while I was in school. Below are my monthly expenses: Monthly Income (after taxes) - $1800.00 Monthly expenses: Rent - $0.00 Cell Phone - $40.00 Credit Card(s) - $240.00 - $300.00 (paid in full each month) Total After All Expenses Paid Each Month = $1560.00 - $1500.00 Paying back my grandma and aunt is very important to me right now, which is why I am not concerned with the interest rate I receive for this loan. As you can see above, I can easily afford the monthly payments, and it will be a good boost for my credit score as well as a good return to you the investor. Thanks again for looking! |
