Dear Lender, I would like to use this loan for the balance of the down payment on a property. I have already saved enough for half of the deposit, but would like to increase the deposit to have a lower interest rate on the mortgage. I have no other debts, and a well-paid job as a business consultant with a leading international business process consulting company. I am also have a post-grade degree from Duke. Given no other debits, low debit-to-income ratios and a good income, I anticipate the loan will be paid off before term.
