I have been in the insurance/financial business for 6 years. I recently purchased an office building for $300,000 of which I put $60,000 down of my personal funds. I had renovations done to the building at a cost of $80,000 of which I have paid $55,000 out of my personal funds. I am looking for help in paying the remaining balance. I should be moving into the new building by April 7, 2006. My business will grow very rapidly upon moving in -from a one person operation to now adding 2 sales representatives, 1 full-time administrator, 1 part-time telemarket, 1 attorney, and 1 mortgage originator. I anticipate no problem making the payments necessary to pay back any loan. But as you can see, I have exhausted much of my liquid funds for this project. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. |
