I'm looking to get a Prosper loan to pay off a Visa that currently has a balance of $2400. My score is currently low, as I had been unemployed for several months in the beginning of 2005. As a result, I fell behind on 4 credit cards which caused the delinquencies last year. Since then, I'm currently in a stable job, which began over a year ago, and have paid off all credit cards, except one. I am working diligently to improve my credit in an effort to apply for a home loan within the next 2 to 3 years. Here's a list of my monthly expenses. Take home per month: $2,300 Expenses: Rent: $700 Car loan: $330 Insurance $100 Cell phone: $40 Total expenses: $1170 This leaves $1130 a month for gas, food and this loan. I've been paying an average of $200 a month on my remaining Visa, so a monthly payment around $100 for my Prosper loan will be very easy to pay off and build my credit as well. Thank you in advance for your consideration! |
