Eric's Credit Community

Okay...so here goes.  I am relisting this loan because I think I need to help potential lenders see that I know what I am doing.  I didn't do this with my previous listings...my bad.  But, we live and we learn.  I'll let the numbers speak for themselves.

Income (per month) -
    Salt Lake Community College (Adjunct Professor) - $1,600
    Salt Lake Public Library (Library Aide) - $640
    Hollywood Video (Cashier) - $80
    Total - $2,320 

Pay Outs (per month) -
    Mortgage (2 bedroom condo) - $470
    Home Owners - $130
    Utilities - $200
    Check City - $400
    Quick Loan - $150
    Check n' Go - $150
    Wells Fargo - $350
    Credit Union - $100
    Credit Cards (2) - $200
    Total -  $2,150

This leaves me with about $170 to buy groceries and pay for gas and any other emergencies.  I just feel myself treading water endlessly.  With this loan from Prosper I would be able to pay off the loans from Check City, Quick Loan, and Check n' Go completely.  This would free up about $756.97 each month!

Hopefully you can see how important this is to me...and how serious I am about getting myself out of debt.  All I can say in conclusion is please take a chance on me.  I know you have nothing to go on but my word...but once this loan is done and you see how quickly and promptly I pay it off...I know you will understand why I say you can afford to take this chance.
