Hi everyone, I'm a 28 year old professional with a graduate degree in city planning looking to pay off some credit card debt. I have a steady job with an income allowing me to easily make the payments on this loan. I would love to own a home some day, but that's not a reality until these credit cards are paid off. So, please help me achieve my dream of homeownership by helping me pay off this debt.
I am planning on cutting up the credit card I'm paying off with this loan. I am responsible and always make payments on time. I am a savvy business person and along with my very steady job I have a small web-based business that generates some extra income for me. Unfortunately, I'm alone making the financial strain a little more difficult than if I was sharing my spaces with someone. Because of this I found myself relying on credit cards during graduate school. Although I no longer rely on credit, I can't get ahead of the debt. So, please help me out.
