Hello, and thanks for considering my loan. I am a 37-year-old landlord in Tampa, Florida, husband to a wonderful wife, and the father of two awesome children. Over the years, I have used an inheritance to buy and remodel modest houses in the area. Eight of my nine homes are currently rented, and I am working on the remaining house at this time. Our 2005 AGI was $79,543. I have never been a big fan of debt or credit, and I currently have no debt. However, I am coming to the realization that a good credit rating and history is essential to doing business. That's why I have come to Prosper.
