I had a previous listing for $5000.00 to pay for medical bills for my daughter, however we talked with one of the hospitals and they are going to be more flexible for us to work out a payment plan for $100.00/month.  What we have left is just a bill for $1300.00 that I would like to pay in full.  Here is my information about my budget.

My income per month:  $2130.00
My spouse?s income per month:  $2000.00
Our bills per month:
Mortgage:  $621.11
Car Payments:  $800.00
Daycare:  $1200.00
Credit Card Payments (combined):  $200.00
Utilities:  $250.00
Car Insurance:  $135.00
Revised Medical payment plan:  $100.00
Groceries & Gas:  $450.00 (family of 4)

After bills are paid, we have approximately $373.00 remaining for the end of the month.  There is enough money in our budget to afford a loan payment and the remainder of our everyday expenses such as groceries.   My husband and I have been employed full-time for the past 8 years.

Let me explain my past delinquencies:

Current showing delinquencies
Chase - my car payment.  I could make all but $50.00 of my $350.00 car payment last month. I just submitted a payment to pay off my current payment for this month as well as the $50.00 I missed last month. ***I couldn't pay the total because we had to pay one of our medical bills, or else it would go to collections.

Walmart - Credit CardThis was just poor money management to be truthful. I contacted Walmart last night and set up a payment plan with them so that I could pay $25.00 a month and then in January I will be paying them in full. ***As soon as I pay Walmart in full, I will be closing the card

My past delinquencies:
Without pulling my credit report, I'm not sure what all of these are but I know what some of them are.

Discover - was past due, however I paid this account in full in August. (Also closed the account) ***I owed $9.45 this month (I was quoted the wrong amount), but amount was paid yesterday***

Orchard bank - was past due, however I paid this account in full in August. (Also closed the account)Citibank - this was in my college days when I did not quite understand how credit cards worked. I was 60 days past due - paid the card in full and closed the account. (How long does it take before this doesn't show on my credit anymore?

American Education Services (2) separate loans - was late on a private student loan payment for 60 days, but it was a misunderstanding. I thought i had a deferment and I didn't. Paid the balance to current as soon as I realized the oversight. ***I now have a student loan deferment for the remaining balance, which is $2000.00***

I think one of these might have been a hospital bill. I disputed that because I didn't recognize the name of the provider, and then lost the dispute because it was a radiologist that was consulted on a visit.I can't think of what the other one would be. I wish I could. I am going to pull my credit to find out what I'm missing.

I am truly committed to getting my credit to a better place. I would like to say that my daughter's medical bills were the main reason my credit is so bad, but I have also made some bad decisions in my life, and I'm now trying to make things better.
