Eric's Credit Community

Hi, and thanks for looking at my listing!  My name is Bryan [LAST NAME DELETED], and I am 32 years old.  I have a wonderful wife and 2 small children.  I have been in the business world for 10 years, and have been successful, and have found a few ways things did not work as well!  My family has been very supportive and believes in my business plan as much as I do, so we are on a smooth track.    Enough about me on to the reason for the loan:  

The purpose of the loan request is to continue on with the business plan and expand my medical spa/clinic?Victory Laser Center.   I am going to expand to accommodate a new laser and additional therapy treatment rooms for my clinic.  The new laser and treatment rooms will handle the influx of new business associated with a new treatment that has just been released in the states called; smoking cessation, and weight loss protocol.  Myself and 2 of my employees have been trained and certified, and approved by the FDA to perform these treatments. If you are not familiar with this treatment, you are not alone the treatments have only been given FDA seal of approval for only about 3 years now.  The treatment is catching on like wildfire, even being aired by ?Good Mourning America? and numerous local TV outlets.  

There are only a few clinics in the states that have been given the rights to do clinical testing and the parent clinic that I am affiliated with is one of those select few.    The treatments are very much cutting edge technology with lasers and produce no side effects.  This treatment is the new wave for persons that are addicted to nicotine, drugs and alcohol and to help relieve stress and produce weight loss.   

My business plan calls for $50,000 to complete the expansion for the new laser and the treatment rooms.  I have saved from business proceeds and personal money $25,000 which is 50% of the needed money.  The expansion will DOUBLE, if not TRIPLE my business as it currently operates, given the results of other medical facilities that have introduced these treatments.  Again, I have made a serious commitment (25k) and resolve to make this new technology benefit the community and myself.    My business now with the current books operates, and supports all parties involved.  I believe that with the expansion of my facility, that the revenues that will be brought in will more than repay the loan request?..in a relatively short time??sorry!  This will be best for the clinic and me to repay the loan as soon as possible.    By the way, the business of smoking and weight loss produced $35 billion dollars in 05? alone.  Do people want to quiet smoking and lose weight??you be they do.  A recent studies show that over 75% of the 49 million smokers want to quiet, but they are addicted to nicotine, and you know probably form experience that people want to lose weight.   

Credit issues:  Prosper has given me a credit rating of ?D? this is because of my credit cards.  I use my credit cards for business purchases every day, and most of the time at large amounts for supplies etc.  But what it does not show is that I pay them back at the end of every month.  So they show high balances.  Also my debt to income ratio was 20% until I asked for a loan of $25,000 then it went a lot higher.
