Introduction:   Hi, my name is Andrea. I am a second year student at the University of Texas in Dallas.  I work full time as a Leasing Agent at an apartment complex for Lincoln Property Company.

Loan Purpose:  I need a loan for $3000.00 so that I may continue my education at the UTD.  I have tried my Bank, other lending institutions, as well as other banks to obtain money for school, but without success.  Scholarships and Financial Aid is far and few due to the fact that my family income is too large.  The money will go to both tuition and books.

Credit History:  I am only 20, so starting out I have not amassed great credit yet. I do not hold any negative credit at all currently though.  I have a stable job and stable work history having had only two different jobs since I was 16.  Not only will this loan help fund my schooling, but will also boost my current credit score greatly!

Repayment Ability:  My current income as a leasing agent is $21,1210.00 per year.  Technically speaking it comes out to more because I work a variety of amounts of overtime each month in addition to a $500.00 to $1000.00 bonus that stems from leasing bonuses.  Actual monthly income comes to $2000.00/month.

Expenses:

Rent:  $263/month. (I get a discount since I live on the property where I lease.)

Car:   $0/month.  (I own a 2000 Ford Ranger that has been paid off for several years.) Credit Card:  $50-$75/month.  ( I only own one card and it has a very small limit.)

Prosper Payment:  $145  (Just a worst case scenario..not realistic.)

Utilities:  $125/month  (Includes electricity, trash, and water.)

Insurance:  $100/month  (liability only, because I don?t drive that much and I work where I live.)

Cell Phone:  $65/month  Auto Gas:  $100/month

Food:  $100/month Cable/Miscellaneous:  $120/month

Total Monthly Cash Flow after Debt and Expenses:  $760.00 Worst case scenario with no bonuses or overtime.

With that much left over for unexpected expenses or problems is more than enough to make this loan a confident and sure choice! I want to thank those in advance that do choose to help fund this loan and to help me continue my education!!!
