I am hoping that there are some Prosper lenders that will be willing to help me fund a loan of $1,000.00 so that I can obtain some new credit and help increase my credit score. Due to some family medical surgeries and job layoffs in the past my husband and I have developed bad credit. We have talked with financial advisors and they have told us that our biggest problem is that we have no new or current credit. We are both employed full-time and make around $57,000.00 a year. We were able to purchase a house through a lease with purchase option this year and are looking to increase our credit scores so that we can purchase our house. The $1,000.00 will be used to pay off some small outstanding bills that we have on our credit reports and to buy a washer since ours just quit. I feel that this will at least start us on the right track. I can and will make this payment. I hope to pay on this loan for 6-9 months to re-establish my credit and then pay it off early.
