Greetings!

The purpose of this loan is two fold:

1) I want to take 3 credit cards with a combined balance of about $6,300 dollars and pay them off. This will help to offset some of the loan's monthly payment, and will also save me money in the long run as I'll  be paying considerably less interest.

2) I have recently acquired and RV Rental business, and need the extra $18.7k to bridge the business through the "slow season" until the rentals start picking back up again in the spring / summer time frame. Based on the end of season rentals II did this year I anticipate the business clearing $22,000 - $27,000 next year, which should allow for early repayment of this loan.

About me: I'm a married father of four who's main vocation is marketing in a fortune 50 high tech company. I've been in this line of work for a number of years, and currently earn just over six figures without including any of my annual bonuses. The DTI listed on the loand request does not include income from my rental business, my wife's substitute teaching, or our fledgling ebay business. These activities augment our income by an additional 35-40%. Finally, as you can see my credit is in good shape, with no lates or public records.

This is a pretty low risk loan with a potentially healthy ROI for the investors.
