Hi, my name is Jim. I am 36 yrs old, married with two young sons. I work as a senior software developer and have been employed at the same company for 6+ yrs. My wife and I have been home owners for 6 yrs. My wife is a stay and home mom and as a result we have minimized our expense. We have very few expenses, plus I bring home a very respectable salary. Our credit rating is VERY important to us and we have worked very hard to have a meticulous rating. The reason for the loan is for some side business projects that require some upfront expenses. I'm an entrepeneur at heart and am always working on web/software projects. This will enable me to persure those projects. Paying off this loan is absolutely no problem as our income greatly exceeds expenses. Plus, savings, 401k and Employee Stock Purchase Plan at work are being utilized and provides any needed cushion for life unexpected issues. Thank You Jim |
