First, and most importantly, I would like to thank you for taking the time out to view my request. Let me begin by explaining to you the reason for my low credit grade and delinquencies.

HR CREDIT GRADE
1. I opened an account with Bally's Total Fitness a few years ago and to be completely honest, I thought I would use it. I was told that if I was not satisfied and/or just decided that I did not want it, I could cancel with no strings attached. Well, come to find out that wasn't all true. I am still pursuing this and I am in the process of filing a lawsuit to have this removed from my credit report. I do take full responsibility for opening the account in the first place but they left out important details when I signed the contract.

2. I was hospitalized in August of 2004 for food poisoning and at the time did not have insurance. I was in the hospital for 2 days and had multiple tests done on my stomach. After all was said and done, I was released with an enormous medical bill and I recently set up a payment plan with the collection agency to clear this debt.

REASON FOR THE LOAN REQUEST
I would like to use this small loan to re-establish credit. I have been unable to get approved for a loan or credit card due to my low credit score. I am orginally from Texas and am making arrangements to move back there within the year. Before I do, I am going to pay off this loan. I plan on coming back to Prosper when I get back to Texas and applying for another loan with a higher interest rate.

RATE CAP
I live in Hawaii and the rate cap is 11%. Believe me, if I could go any higher, I would.

EMPLOYMENT
I am self employed full time as a personal assistant/male nanny and have been doing that since January of 2005. I was unable to verify this because I am paid in cash. I also have a part time job in which I bring in $6,500 annually after taxes(about 540 month). I was able to verify my part time employment and even with just that, I will be able to make a $41.00 monthly loan payment. I bring in a total of about 30,480 a year after taxes.

PAYING BACK THE LOAN
Paying back this loan is very important to me and I feel as though I am financially stable enough to take on a monthly payment. Here are a list of my bills including debt payments.
1. Rent including electricity and cable - 750.00
2. Phone - 60.00
3. Food and entertainment - 350.00
4. Medical bill - 300.00
5. Prosper loan - 41.00
6. Credit card - 200.00(will be payed off in a few months)
Total - 1,701.00
Monthly income - 2,540.00....I have about 800 left over a month but I am most likely going to have pay lawyer fees or make payments to Bally's.

PROSPER CREDIT REPORT
I received my credit score from Experian before looking into Prosper and it was 525. Not that great, although I am sure without Bally's being on my credit, it would be alot higher. Also it says on Prosper that I have 5 delinquencies but that is not true. The medical bill is split into 2 collections. Then there is Bally's and I also have a credit card account that I opened in 2002. Like I said, I made a few mistakes and that is why I am here.

FINAL NOTE TO LENDERS
Thank you so much for your time. I think Prosper is a great place and I am so glad I found it. Special thanks to lenders who bid.
