Purpose of Loan: To maximize my cash flow for a new business venture called Total Golf Adventures of the Capital Region. www.totalgolfadventures.com This is an at school after school golf enrichment program for children in K-8th Grade. I am currently contracted to teach this program at six schools. The cash is to be used for equipment and payroll while waiting for program fees to come in. Total Golf Adventures is a national program and I am the licensee/teritory director for the Capital Region of New York. Credit History: My current rating is an A but I do have deliquincies ( Bankruptcy) due to an illness and subsequent death of my 4 1/2 year old daughter, during this time frame of approx. 3 years my wife was out of work extensively without pay and this forced us to make decisions on who to pay what. We were forced to file for Chapter 13 protection to save our home. We are now back on track. There is one public record on my histroy for a sales tax warrant. In 1998 I owned another business and this is when my daughter was diagnosed with her brain tumor. I had a "Partner" who took me for $15K while I was in Boston with my daughter, hence I did not have the funds to pay my sales tax and ended up taking a personal loan to pay. Employment: I am currently employed full time by the NYS Insurance Dept. as a Frauds Investigator $41K Per Year., I am a retired Detective Sergeant with an annual retirement of $31K, I also am the Golf Professional at Fairways of Halfmoon where I teach golf, $5K yearly. My wifes annual salary is $46K. |
