Loan to rent apartment, pay broker fee: This loan will be used to pay for two months rent at a new apartment and pay the broker. I need to move and found a perfect apartment, for $1500 a month. I don't have enough on hand to pay for the upfront costs (first, security and broker) and had planned to put it on my credit card. BUT, this weekend someone made a fraudulent attempt on my card and so the bank cancelled it and I have to wait 10-days for a replacement! This leaves me in a bind as a I need to sign the lease and hand over the funds before then or I will lose the place. So this loan will be used to make those payments, instead of using my credit card. My financial situation is excellent. I make over $90,000 a year and have perfect credit. I have never been late on a payment or missed a payment. The only thing I have done wrong is leave my cash on hand low, which got me into this situation. I am a good candidate for this loan because I will pay it back, and because I desperately want the funds quickly before my appointment to sign the lease I am offering much higher interest rates than I need to based on my credit background. I'm an honest person, and would never consider not repaying people who are helping me out in a bad situation. I would also have no problems making payments on a loan of this size, as I earn a good salary and my living costs are low. the only other debt I have is $3000 on my credit card. I don't drive a car, I don't have a family, I only have myself to feed and I don't eat that much! I also have a large sum in my 401k, which in the worst case scenario I can take a loan against. I would do that here but it would take too long and I would lose the apartment. Please help me out here, and quickly, and I guarantee it will be the safest investment you ever made! |
