Purpose of loan: Consolidate credit cards for a low apr. and invest some of the funds to aquire dividens to help me gain financial freedom by September 2009. My financial situation: Hello investors, My name is DA (because of prosper terms I am unable to use my first name) and I am IT specialist and a Realtor in MD//VA with Keller Williams, which provides me with extra income in addition to my annual salary, but as many of you are aware of the housing market has been pretty slow for some Realtors (me included). I am here hoping a few of you would fund me so that I can consolidate the $8000 on my high interest rate credit cards and have about 6000 to put away and possible invest with so that I can have a cushion for a rainy day. Ideally if this loan is funded I would like to pay it out by the end of 2009. I am currently taking financial classes at a local community college to better understand how I can become financial dependent on my investments that I will be working hard to acquire.
