Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to…Make my Roth IRA contibutions for 2008 and 2009. I'm a big believer that the stock market is going to come back strong over the next couple of months, and I want to benefit. Usually I use my tax return to make my contribution, but that won't happen for another 6 months or so. When I get my tax return in 2009, I'll be paying off half of the loan. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because… I've had credit for almost 20 years and have never been late with a payment. Perfect credit. The income that I stated here is just my base income. Commissions were not included. I only commit to debt or other bills using my base, so that I always have that cushion. My house is worth $400k, I owe about $300k. Roth currently (well, as of yesterday) has about $60k in it. I also have a HELOC (that's the high revolving credit balance) of $40k at 5%. I own both cars outright. Other credit is credit cards that I use every month and pay off. Thanks to those that bid on my express listing. Not a big fan of those, because you really don't get a feel for the person and the situation. 2nd listing. Lowered amount and increased interest rate. |
