Purpose of loan: For tax purposes, I have to open an SEP with $20,000. However, I don't have $20,000. I did, but I admittedly was stupid. I placed money that I knew I would need into the stock market at probably one of the worst times in history. I lost my shirt. I've been a lender on prosper for over 2 years -- and never thought I'd be on the borrowing side, until now. My financial situation: I make 105k per year (not including bonuses). My wife earns an additional 80k per year. We save about 2-3k per month after all of our other expenses. |
