Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to… Build a 4' high x 120' long retaining wall along the back of our new property. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because… I have a good income from a job I've held for almost 15 years as an executive at a software company. I am extremely responsible with money (almost to a fault) and have never been late on a loan payment. We just built a house and made the mistake of not including the fence and retaining wall in our original contract. Initially, I qualified easily for carrying two mortgages. However, the credit crisis caused last minute changes in the loan terms and I was forced to run up credit card balances to make the much higher down payment. This loan will provide the immediate cash to put in the wall and the fence to finish our backyard. I do expect to pay this loan off early. But how early depends on when I receive commissions from our software sales. |
