Re-Listing at a lower amount. Most details remain the same. Hello to all, This will be my 3rd loan through Prosper! My first is now 18 months old and has been in perfect standing. My second, small loan, was obtained last December and was paid off last spring. If you have invested in my loans before, you know my payment history and can be assured that further investment in my loans will be secure. If you haven’t had the opportunity, please have a look. This loan has two purposes, but the primary function will be home improvement. I just purchased a house and I would like to make a few improvements. I really don’t want to deal with a bank for this money and having invested a few hundred dollars into Prosper, this is the place and you are the people that I would like to have benefit. My secondary purpose for this loan is to pay off a balance owed to a dentist. Loan Detail: Home Improvement: $6,000 Dentist: $1,500 Total $7,500 I am currently paying $240-$300 a month to the dentist. Re-directing those payments alone should cover the payments on this loan. I would think the payment will end up around $300 A few years ago, this would have seemed like a huge amount of money to take for a loan. It’s funny how purchasing a home can change your perspective.
