Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to…To add an addition to our home so that my wife can stay in our home with a live in health care provider also to payoff my cards so we only have our living expenses and the loan to be concerned with. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I would pay the loan on time and in full as you can see from my payment records. I revised and lowered the orig. loan amount. The space will not have the full bath, which will save alot since most of the cost was due to the plumming and pipes. Also I thought it would be wise to payoff the credit cards this way we would only have our living expenses and the loan. We will also receive $350.00 from the caregiver which will include elec and water. My carpayment will drop off in mid October so $521.00 will come back as household money.
