Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off a higher interest loan for the new wood pellet boiler that we recently have purchased to heat our home this winter $9,600 (this includes 10 Tons of pellets/2 years of fuel). We will also pay off the one credit card that we have $2,800, the real estate tax escrow on our mortgage $2,000 and help my son & daughter-in-law with a down payment on a new vehicle. They live in the mountains of Colorado and her vehicle has recently quit running! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because we own a new home valued over $500,000 on 14+ acres in a small beautiful town in NH and I have had continuous employment with 2 separate Towns for 17+ yrs. only 2 1/2 yrs. with the current Town. I will use the auto pay on this loan and am looking forward to only one payment -- to prosper lenders! |
