Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to finance the moving expenses such as renting U-Haul trailer, covering the gas expenses and to pay for the new apartment while I have to wait for the security deposit return from the landlord that I am ending the month-to-month lease with. I have recieved the job offer with an government agency which required me to relocate across the country from Los Angeles, CA to Austin, TX. Unfortunately, the agency does not provide the relocation assistance, so I have to shell out the expenses on my own. Renting the trailer runs at approximately $750, $1000 will be used to pay for gas and to pay the security deposit for the apartment and some extra spending money while on the road. I will be starting the new job on October 14th, 2008. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am starting a new job with IRS as the Information Technology Specialist in Austin, TX. I will be bringing home more money than I used to make with my previous employment which was approximately $1700 a month. Also the budget will be more looser so I will be able to afford to pay this loan monthly, and I can pay down extra when the budget allows it. I know there are some DQs in last 7 years but they are all paid for as you can see "Now DQs" are zero. Maintaining & Improving credit is very important for me. Monthly net income: $ 3100 me + 700 from Spouse = $ 3800 total Monthly expenses: $ Approx $2550 Housing: $ 750 Insurance: $ 150 Car expenses: $ 250 Utilities: $ 100 Phone, cable, internet: $ 150 Food, entertainment: $ 400 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: $ 500 (Including Propser Loan) Other expenses: $ That leaves the available money of $1250 after expenses which I can quickly pay off this loan and all other debts when the budget allows it. I also expect that the total combined income will raise when she finds a job in Texas and I will be able to pay this loan off fast. |
