Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to loan back to prosper community. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have never been late on a payment for anything. I have excellent credit and use my credit in my business, so I intend to keep it solid. My wife and I are both CPA's (although I do not actively practice anymore) and are stereotypically conservative with our money. Revolving credit balance is high due to lines of credit on residential and commercial real estate that creates cash flow and funds these loans.
