Purpose of loan: Hi there, since college I have been investing with my father in houses and farms in the Yakima, WA area. I am looking for additional capital to take advantage of real estate recently made available as part of a tax lien auction. This land is farmable and produces immediate income from its wheat crop production, so I am easily able to service this loan. My financial situation: I am an excellent candidate for a loan because I have an Excellent credit rating, over a decade of experience investing in this type of property, and sufficient reserves (20k cash minimum at all times) to ensure that my finances are always in a healthy condition. |
