Purpose of loan: Opening a home preschool and replace a wood pellet stove My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because… We can pay this loan and our current monthly expenses. Once our business is up and running we will be able to easily pay back the loan. Repayment Plan: My current salary pays our monthly bills and leaves a little extra each month left over. I now have a 2nd part time job that will further allow for a cushion. This is why I know the loan WILL be paid back -We currently have 700-800 after all monthly expenses, taxes back in Feb of 4k+, work bonus around same time - Home Preschool will generate 1.2-1.5k minimum Business Plan:I would agree that most business loans are risky. This one is I know not. Most businesses have employees, pay rent and have big marketing costs. Our home, no rent. One employee, my wife.My wife has been in this line of work for 20 years. Our day care will fill up quickly based on her positive reputation. Home day cares in our state can have up to 6 children including your own. 1.5k figure is based on 2. We could potentially 4 which would be 3k a month total income from the day care alone. 2.7-8 after expenses Early Payment Question:I plan on keeping the Prosper loan for at least 2 years before possible early payoff. Credit Note:I am rated a D. The is due to my ratios in terms of available credit to balance. It is not due to delinquencies. I will gladly answer any questions you might have.Previous listing noteThank you if you bid on my previous listing. I lower the amount of the loan. I am going to try to salvage the pellet stove instead of getting another Monthly net income: $ 5800 Monthly expenses: $ 4700 Housing: $ 2700 Insurance: $ 160 Car expenses: $ 300 Utilities: $ 200 Phone, cable, internet: $ 120 Food, entertainment: $ 600 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: $ 230 Other expenses: $ 200 |
