Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to complete a large home improvement project that was started a year ago and is ninety percent complete. Given the current real estate market and mortgage loan situation in AZ there are fewer options available for home improvement project funding. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have the means and the motivation. In 2004 my employer stopped paying me and eventually went out of business, causing me considerable financial hardship (I still was never late on any loan payments). Since that time I have recovered, have never been late or missed a payment on any obligation, and have built a reserve that I do not want to use for this project. |
