Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off credit cards and for reinvesting in Prosper. I am a current Prosper lender with a total of 93 loans. I started out small just to try it out but I am now definitely convinced. I consider myself a pretty conservative person and very financially savvy when it comes to managing money and investing. I have been a Forest Ranger for almost 24 years and have done pretty well with a modest income. I am eligible to retire in 18 months with a nice pension, but probably wont (Firefighting is in my blood). My financial situation: I have never missed or been late on any debt payments (this is reflected by AA credit rating by prosper). I?m a safe bet as far as a return on your investment. There aren?t many sure things out there with the current state of the economy. Monthly Income: $3100.00 (does not include overtime pay when fighting fires or on-call pay) Monthly expenses: $2,374 Housing: $1,550 Insurance: $79 Loans and Credit cards: $430 Utilities: (phone, cell, internet, electric) $165 Other expenses: (food, gas, entertainment) $150 |
