Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to complete the garden in my renovated house. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I earn a good salary, have excellent credit and am three months away from completing a previous Prosper loan for a large tax demand we had three years ago. I have never missed a payment in those three years! (In addition I am currently a Prosper lender too, as I wanted to help out others in difficult situations.) The reason I have come to the Prosper community for this loan is because as we all know the credit market has tightened up in the last few months, and it is difficult to get a reasonable rate for this kind of purpose (garden design). But I am keen to finish this renovation project which has taken me eight years to date, and this will be the final step! Thanks for considering me! |
