Purpose of loan: This loan request is for our house improvement and will be use to replace existing pipes, kitchen fixture, mold removing, buying new boiler, rewiring the whole house, painting, replacing the floor and walls. I will be doing the work with some of my friends and the funds are only for materials purchasing. I want to make the house in an excellent state for my 21 months old daughter to live in. This house is located in a prime location and the second floor will be rented out that will fetch an excellent rental income.
My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have an excellent credit score and always pay my bills on time. I have a great job with good income and will have no problem making payments. Whenever I use the credit card, I make sure it will be paid on time and in full. I always save enough money before I buy a car and pay for my college and that’s the reason I have none of these loans. This time, I need your help to fund me for this home improvement project.
