Purpose of loan:
this loan is for paying the buyout on my 2004 Infiniti FX35.....I'm a leader and borrower on Prosper. Check my current loan, you'll see I take all proceeds and apply them to my outstanding loan...Just sold a rental property that took $1,600 a month out of my income (monthly) to operate....my debt to income ratio continues to stay below 10%.
My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a 9% debt to income...in addition I've been a very happy investor in Prosper, always felt that anytime I needed a personal loan I'd turn to the Prosper network.
