Thank you to everyone who bid on my last loan. I had to relist because of a paperwork issue. Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to make needed repairs on a rental property. This property is one of three owned. I have had a loyal tenant in the property for 5 years. Never a late payment. Never a complaint. The property needs 2 major repairs. One is to the heating/air conditioning system, I have relatives in the industry, so I only need to pay for parts. The other repair is to the foundation. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have been in the computer software industry for 14 years. I have a great job with a great income. I own 3 properties, one is my primary residence. I have money in 401K's, etc. I have been property rich and cash poor at times, but I have always paid my bills. |
