Our three primary sources for lead generation are CPAs/accountants, commercial real estate agents and banks. The funds will be used for a targeted direct marketing campaign to increase our company's awareness with each of these groups.

<o:p> </o:p>First partner ? Business/finance major. He has years of entrepreneurial experience in addition to developing web-based business tools for the financial and automotive aftermarket industries. 

<o:p> </o:p>Second partner ? Brings 20 years of lending/underwriting sales experience to the group as well as extensive network of previous borrowers and lenders. Keystone of our organization.

<o:p> </o:p>To date 80% of our deals have received SBA funding. Some of our deal include: Steel Service Center/SC/$3Mil, Japanese Steakhouses/SC & GA/$1.8Mil, Recycled Paper Plant/GA/$1.7Mil, Office Building/GA/$6.5MIl, Truck Terminal/GA/$2.8Mil, Hotels-Motels/AL & CA/1.8Mil,$1.6Mil,$3.6MIl.
