Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate debt that we incurred because of building a new house and maintaining our other house while it was on the market for over a year before it sold. Trying to manage a family with four children and two mortgages was tight, and now we just simply need to catch up. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I'm an extremely hard worker. I've been at the same job for almost 15 years, starting when I was 19 years old. It pays a great hourly wage with steady wage increases. Our farmland has also appreciated by $1,400 per acre within the last five years, we own a small 74 acre farm which we also receive farm income from. Monthly net income: $ 6,000 (includes my income of $4,400, wife's income of $1,100, and farm income of $500) Monthly expenses: $ 5,096 Housing: $ 2,900 (includes house mortgage and farm pmt) Insurance: $ 35 Car expenses: $ 406 Utilities: $ 250 Phone, cable, internet: $ 75 Food, entertainment: $ 500 Clothing, household expenses $ 250 Credit cards and other loans: $ 650 Other expenses: $ 30 (medical) |
