Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off lingering credit cards expenses that were never reimbursed to me from a previous employer and to pay my property taxes due, along with small debts in order to raise my credit score back to the previous 750, which was about 2 years ago. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because (1) I am a very hard worker and can produce an average income of $55-$61 hourly in my field of work. I am an Information Technology Project Manager. I've been working in the IT Industry for about 10 years now and each job has paid me more than the past consistently. In 2003-4 I was making about $52K annually. The next position hired me at $75K. Then, the next in 2006-7 I made a base salary of $98K. Now, my salary is $128K with my salary along. I'm a former U.S. Navy Veteran serving a total of 13 years (11 Active Duty and 3 Naval Reserve). I have a wife, 2 kids (15, 4) and 1 baby on the way, all in one household. In 2007, this was the toughest year I had, considering my salary increase. My wife and I were both laid off literally months apart. So, I used my investments to pay the bills until I landed the position early this year in 2008. What increased my debt was expenses from the house we built and moved in October 2007 when my current mortgage company, IndyMac Bank, took $10,000 of my budgeted money to pay fees for closing, etc. From there, I had to obtain a loan with my person bank to pay the contractors for finishing the final phase of the house in order to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy. With the funds I had set aside to pay contractors and building expenses, I was left with a $16K Home Depot Credit Card bill, $10K loan, and over $4000 in my Lowes Credit Account. Without this debt, I would still have my solid 750+ credit score. Now, I'm trying to get everything under control and borrow enough to pay off and manage my finances better. Also, my objective with my mortgage is to refinance immediately after I closed on the house back in October 2007, but with the layoff and having to work to get everything caught back up, slowed my process. Then, interest rates started going back up.So, with your help, I will be able to get my finances back on track and work toward the financial freedom me and my family deserve.I will be more than happy to discuss more upon your review. SIncerely, Gracious Business Professional |
