I am looking for a low interest rate loan to pay off some credit cards that we never seem to be able to pay down due to their high rates. I have excellent credit and always have... I never have late payments and have held a solid job/career for 10 years now. It frustrates me when a bank will not offer me a good rate on a loan simply because my debt to income ratio does not fit into their calculations even though I have an excellent credit history. My wife and I were so eager to purchase a home 7 years ago that we agreed to an outrageous mortgage. We always paid the high mortgage on time and never miss a payment. I was able to refinance that mortgage 2 years ago to a much lower fixed rate but unfortunately I do not have enough equity in my home to qualify for a equity line which was my first choice. So this small loan would do wonders to help my family get debt free within the next 3 to 4 years. Thank you for your time. |
