Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to have a patio addition to our backyard as well as have the front and back (concentrating especially on the back) of our house professionally landscaped. My husband and I have designed the free-forming pathway of where we would like to have pavers interlockingly installed into the excavated and sanded foundation. (Whether we will put up screening-it's so hot here in South Florida!-to include the aluminum grid is still to be decided on.) The second part of our project is the landscaping. The landscaping company seems really knowledgeable and their previous work's pictures look amazing! We will choose the various types of trees, plants, flowers, etc. and they will plant everything (do all the labor), to include mulching and sodding. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am a full-time employed professional engineer. I have been with the same, multi-million, international company for over 13 years. Unfortunately, at the present time, my husband is temporarily unemployed. Because of these circumstances, we decided a loan would provide us the cushion and comfort needed of not having to spend the extra money right now. Fortunately, I am making a very good salary as an engineer. It is only the two of us living in the house; as at the present time we have no children. I consider myself to be conscientious in my spending and saving habits. We have some savings in an account - of which will be used towards the monthly loan repayment. Additionally, I would also consider myself to be a frugal person. I like to look at all of the available options and then determine the best deal. In other words, I like to get the best 'bang for my buck.' As you know, the purpose of this loan is for the home improvement of a patio and landscaping for our single-family residence home. But, the reason I am applying for this loan, now, is so that we will be able to start on this project now. There are many things that I would like to do and places I would like to visit. In the past, there have been times where I put off doing these things, or going to these places, and never got around to doing them. I want to get started on the patio and landscaping at our house now. I have been waiting to do these two additions to our house for a while now and, with this loan, I will be able to start Immediately; without any delay. In closing, I am a conscientious, credit-worthy, full-time employed professional engineer. I receive an excellent salary; as well as bonuses. I enjoy stability. This includes the stability of my 30 year residency in south Florida, the engineering firm I have been employed with for over 13 years, and my marriage of over nine years. The commitment to repaying this loan will be made just as our mortgage and auto loans have been paid... every month and always on time. |
