Eric's Credit Community

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to pay off a higher interest credit union loan $5,800, the one credit card that we have $2,100 and the real estate tax escrow on our mortgage $2,000 and make payment on our other lot of land $5,500. It will also be used to purchase a wood pellet boiler (approx. $5,600 + 5 tons of pellets $1,300 + installation approx. $2,000) to be used as the main heat source in our home, making our existing oil furnace the backup source.  We also plan to add stairs to a back deck on our home that we need as an egress in case of fire in that section of the house $2,000.  This also was something not finished during the time we were building our new home.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I always pay my bills on time and I take my financial commitments seriously. I believe the six (6) delinquencies in the past seven (7) years that are showing on my credit history happened during the time we were building our new home some bills got misplaced which was when the builder left the house unfinished and stole over $20,000. from our construction loan. We finished the majority of the house using our credit cards in order to get a certificate of occupany to move in. Everything that we owe currently is up to date.

My monthly bills are as follows:

Mortgage $2474,Credit Union $189,Credit Card $65,Vehicle Expenses $200, Misc. Household Expenses $250 (includes utilities) Combined Monthly income = $5,200 which leaves more than enough $ to pay back this loan. 

I would truly appreciate being considered for this loan as our options are limited, I'd rather pay prosper lenders than the other alternative(s) also winter in New England is fast approaching!
