Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to purchase a partial ownership interest in a three (3) unit cash flowing building in Hawthorne, CA. For $25,000 I am going to have a 25% ownership Interest in a Triplex. Not only will my name be added to Title, via escrow, as a Tenant in Common, but I will also receive $400 (19% ROI) each month from the profit the building generates each month. I will also get 25% of all future equity apprediation. With mortgage lenders requiring 20% down to purchase real estate today, this is a wonderful opportunity for me to own a great real estate property for a limited amount of out of pocket cost. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a limited amount of debt and pay all my bills in a timely manner. Additionally, in exchange for managing a 25 unit building in Santa Monica I receive a FREE (rent free) one bedroom apartment. The money I receive from this real estate investment would go toward paying the monthly prosper loan payment. |
