Hello;
My name is Pamela
and I would like to thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
I own an antique
& collectibles store along with my husband in historic .
For those of you not already aware, Salado is
a HUGE tourist stop between and along I.H. 35.
is
most recognized for its antique shopping, dining, and bed & breakfasts.
It is the home to Mill Creek Golf Club, which
was designed by the famous golf architect Robert Trent Jones Jr.
During the Christmas season, it is not
unusual for the town (pop. 2200) to swell to 20,000 visitors!
We opened our doors in Feb. 2005 and in July
of 2005 we DOUBLED our store size because business was so good.
We have operated our business without the
assistance of ANY loans so far. We wanted to make sure we would be successful
first.
Now we want to expand our line of
services available to include an emporium of gifts and other popular
items.
In other words, sell more than
just antiques & collectibles.
Our
profits so far are 45% above last year, and with expansion, plan for another
50%- 75% increase in profits.
We look forward
to growing our business in the future by opening stores in different locations
across .
We have ZERO debt with our store.
This
loan would be used strictly for inventory, advertising, fixtures and becoming an
L.L.C. (Limited Liability Corp.)
Our
inventory level at this time is about $40,000.
Our profits per piece can range from 10% - 200% depending on the item.
I am a savvy buyer
of merchandise and I try to only purchase the nicest pieces at the best price
and pass those savings on to our customers.
We have a reputation of having the best prices in town!
My husband runs the store (he is a GREAT
salesman) and I still work as a software manager until we expand to more stores
and I retire from that and help with growing our business.
We are a good and
honest Christian couple with two children, (One is a Marine and the other is an
E.M.S. Tech) and two grand children. Someday our business will be theirs.
I have not had any delinquent payment in
years, so I will be looking into why it shows differently. We will have NO
trouble paying this back (probably early).
This is a SOLID investment.
Again, thank you
for considering this and helping us grow with continued success.
Pamela
