Purpose of loan: The property next to my business has been up for sale all year. It has been vacant ever since. And with no homeowners to take care of the property, comes property damage. Somehow its basement became flooded with water for so long, water seeped through walls of the neighboring property into our basement. Now I need funds to dry out my basement, remove and replace the surrounding dry wall, replace water heater, repair damaged walls, and having to check for mold. This is the first time my basement has ever been flooded. I don?t know what other expenses will come out of all this. Financial Situation: I own and operate a small family business going on for 8 years, a small convenience store to be exact. Financially I am stable and work hard to keep it that way. Monthly Net Income: My personal current monthly income is about $5000. |
