Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate high interest credit card and student loan debt so i can get start saving for real for my future. I have 1 post college student loan at a 15% rate and 2 credit cards whose rates just went up to 22% and 29% that i would like to consolidate and close. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because i always pay my bills on time and have always helped out my friends when they have needed help. I also own 2 houses and have managed the finances for those quite well and have managed to deal financially when emergencies come up like needing a new furnace or a new sewer pipe. I am not married but partnered and combined we bring in enough money to manage these things, but not quite enough to erase my college debt yet. As i said before my 1 college loan is at too a high rate, my other federal loans are fine at 5%.
