Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to pay off my existing 401K loan.

My financial situation:

I am new to Prosper.  I withdrew my previous listings because I didn't think I had provided sufficient information.  Once you place a listing, the only way to edit it is to withdraw the listing, and that is what I did.  I went to the community forum and read through some of the postings.  It was very helpful.  I did not realize there are so many search options available for lenders.  Since my credit score is "E", I don't think there are a lot of lenders waiting in line to read my ad.  I've decided to list one last time as a "no auction".  I've reviewed my finances, and I also lowered the requested loan amount.  I am hoping this will get some attention.

Let me tell you briefly about myself and what I am trying to accomplish here.  I am a single professional, responsible woman looking for a short term loan. I got myself into some trouble with the IRS and I need to pay my federal income taxes by 10/15.  In order for me to do this, I must take a loan against my 401K.  However, before I can do that, I have to pay off my existing loan.  I cannot get a loan by conventional means as my credit is less than stellar due to public tax lien records on my credit report.  Once I receive the 401K loan, I will pay this Prosper loan back right away, and I will also pay off my credit card debt.  I have been living off my credit cards for the past 6-8 months and saving any extra money to pay off this 401K loan.  I am almost there now, and with your help, I will be there!   I am terrified of the IRS and would like to settle this ASAP.   I am college educated and have been with the same company for almost 10 years.   I have a very secure job and am well respected in my field.   I'm just in a little bind right now. Thanks for listening and I appreciate your help. Thank you also to those of you who bid on my previous listing.
