Eric's Credit Community

Seeking to borrow money to pay off some credit card debt that I have incurred from starting my own business that I do outside of my job. 

The income from this business, which is not included in my stated income here on Prosper, actually currently exceeds my income from my job.

I sell ?remainder? books on online venues such as Amazon and Alibris, using proprietary software that I have developed to maximize sales and profits. "Remainder" books are books that were initially sold to retailers by publishers on a sale and return basis, and have been returned to the publisher.

Loan Proceeds

I will use the proceeds of the loan to pay off some credit card debt that I incurred from building up the inventory in my business to over 20,000 items, worth over $200,000 at Amazon listed prices.

Why invest?

a) I have excellent credit and have always paid my bills on time, and have never had any financial problems.
b) I have the security and stability of my income from my job where I have been for over ten years.
c) I really know what I am doing with my side business! Grown business from $0 sales 01/08 to in excess of $10,000 per month today, while maintaining my full time job.
c) I have ample cashflow to pay the loan back over the three year loan period.
