Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? pay off a high interest credit card debt..interest rate jumping from 20% to 28% for no reason other than they can do it....6900 balance. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? always pay my bills on time and usually pay more than the minimum. I moved back from California 1 year ago after my Dad had some health issues. My Dad is fine now and I am loving being back in Maine and being with him. I moved back into my childhood home with my Dad and do not pay rent although I do contribute by paying utilities, etc and cooking him healthy meals nightly. My mortgage/equity loan are paid by the man who originally lent me the down payment to purchase the home in California and to whom I quick deeded the home to when I left California; he chose to leave the mortgage in my name for tax purposes but pays it religiously each month. |
