Purpose of loan: This loan will be used for finishing the basement of our new house I just bought. I finally got a the house at such a good deal, but I need to finish the basement and do the minor repairs to get it to par. I need to the loan to add to what I have already saved for the project. Please bid/contribute and this is the third time. The other ones had lower interest rates and higher loan amount I will try it again with a lower amount hopefully I can get 100% funding. Thanks for the lenders on my first two listings. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a stable job - RN. I am very particular about my bills, the Prosper transaction will be based on automatic deductions from my checking account. I bring about $4,000 net pay and more if I do overtime. Expenses are Mortgage - 1400 Car Note - 400 Phone Bill - 50 Utilites - 150 Other Expenses - 400 |
