Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay two months of back mortgage payments ($5,521.87) and bills ($1,978.13) I obtained after being temperedly laid off for three months.

My financial situation: I have worked in the Hotel Business in New York City for the past 24 Yrs. And I have lived in my present home for over ten years.  So I am used to having the summer off for three months.  I always plan for it. Unfortunately, between the financial situations in the stock, house market and a number of investors who were shorting a lot of good stock this year, My summer nest egg was consumed. I was only financially able to pay one month and not three.  This also explains why my credit score went from an (A) to what it is today. As of September 4, 2008 I?ve been back at work, but I?m still behind two months in my bills I?ve been a member of Prosper since: March 27, 2007 in the time I have made over 50 loans on prosper.  2 have been paid back to me in full of which I've roll over back into loans and 48 loans with a value of $9,022.08 are still active. I Avg. 23.34%. My daily interest accrual is: $5.65 and I have three more loans I have bids on that have ended.  With this, it almost makes this loan a secure loan.  You have to understand, I will still make investments in loans with 10% of the money I have assigned for investment out of my budget above what I already have. My goal is to pay this off by May, 2009 if not sooner. I know guys, I ?m sorry, but that?s still seven months of interest. You can then reinvest back into other loans.

Monthly net income:  $6500.

Monthly expenses: $6114.81
Tithes:  10% = $650.
My Investment 10% = $650 of this 10% = $65 go?s to invest in Prosper.
