My financial situation:
I am a Full time Nano Technology Engineer working in Silicon Valley, CA.
I am single and financially stable making over 100K per annum with no fraudulent credit history and even my credit history and background is very respectable. Credit rating is B.
I can pay off all my current loans within a short period but I wouldn't mind some debt and in turn having more cash.
My monthly debt to income ratio = 11% only, without the debt I would Incur from Prosper.com.
And if this loan works out it will be only 20% (as per the Prosper/Experian credit reports).
